1. Language tuition. Classes have an average of 13-14 students, maximum 15. At Rugby the average class size is 9, maximum 10.
   
Trinity examination courses - 25 lessons x 40 minutes per week. At Rugby students follow an intensive Trinity course (30 lessons x 40 minutes per week).
General English courses - 20 lessons x 45 minutes per week.


2. Education materials - textbooks supplied on loan.
3. End-of-course certificate - with weekly assessments on progress. (Trinity certificate sent 12-13 weeks after the examination.)
4. Full-day excursions - one per week to places of cultural interest (Canterbury, Oxford, Brighton etc).
5. Afternoon sports and recreation activities - six days per week, including one half-day excursion per week to London. At Rugby, the half-day excursions are not to London but to local places of interest, such as Stratford-upon-Avon (including Shakespeare’s birthplace) and Warwick Castle.
6. Evening recreation programme - seven evenings per week.
7. Full board accommodation - English breakfast, lunch and evening meal. Laundry service.
   
   

The option of staying with a local family, instead of in residence, is available at Epsom, Sevenoaks and Tonbridge. Students follow the same teaching and recreation programme as residential students apart from evening activities, which are reduced to four per week to allow for social contact with families. Lunch is in residence Monday - Friday. Sundays are normally spent with families. Local transport between families and the campus, if required, is included in fees. Hosts collect students at the end of programmed evening activities.

Fees are the same as for residential accommodation.

A meeting and transfer service by private coach between London Heathrow airport and the centre is available on published course dates for £35 per transfer. At other times or from other airports an individual taxi service can be provided at an additional charge. Airport meals are not provided.

Optional insurance is available. The cost is not included in course fees and cover is offered by Course-u-can, an independent provider.

Cover applies from the time students leave home before the course to the time they return home immediately after the course ends. The first £25 of each claim is not insured. A claim form must be completed and a medical certificate may be required. The policy is subject to the laws and practices of the UK.
